Agent connection
This key reads the real books on this device. Leave the app open so balances stay current. The key is shown once.

/api/transactions
Header: Authorization: Bearer and the key. GET reads a date range and balances. POST adds an entry. No key, no access. Access set to Only you stops an outside tool before this check. Anyone with the link lets the key through. Drafts still wait for you to confirm.
On is the default. Entries wait on Home until you confirm them, like a statement upload. Off saves them on the next check-in.
Connect Google Sheet
Every saved, edited, or deleted entry is copied again as one row: number, date, type, category, amount, account, note, balance after, and source (app or agent). Sync all now rebuilds the sheet.

Daily close email
One PDF a day, to this address. It sends at the time below, Malaysia time, or the next time you open the app if that time was missed. Save today sends it too. A later send the same day is marked (updated). Each shop uses the Google account signed in on that copy.

This app stores data on this device. To tally another phone or PC, Export here then Import there.
Export includes all accounts, transactions, and daily snapshots. Import never wipes silently — you choose Replace or Merge by transaction ID.

Reset working list
After you finish a day, week, or month, clear those entries from Home. Nothing is deleted. Report, Activity, and PDFs still have every line. Balances stay.
Missed a line yesterday? Add it with that date — the next day is allowed.

Sign in if you want a copy on this email. The cash book still lives on this device — use Export / Import on this page to tally a phone or PC.
Install this app
Phone, tablet, or PC
Install like a normal app. Your cash book stays on that device. Android shops can also install the APK you send them.
In Chrome or Edge on Windows or Mac, click the install icon in the address bar, or menu → Install AJ LAB Cashflow.
On the phone: open the file, tap Install. Allow unknown apps for Chrome or Files if Android asks.
How you sell a copy
- Download the Android APK, or tell them to Install on iPhone / PC.
- Unlock seller tools and create a license for that shop name.
- Send the APK (or install steps) plus the license.
- They activate, then set a PIN only they know.
Other shops cannot create licenses. Each copy is locked to the shop you sold it to, on that phone, tablet, or PC.
